so what about the picture i sent?
Been waiting for you to explain yourself.  Would you like the picture converted into a counted cross-stitch
picture?  I have some software to convert it into a cross-stitch map.  Would you like to do the stitching yourself?
You'll have to supply what dimensions the picture should be, along with the number of stitches per inch -- any where from 14 to 18 per inch is what I would recommend (anything smaller than 18 would be unnecessary).
Counted? What do you mean? I would like it stitched by you because i don't know how to do it. Zoom in on the picture, every pixel should represent one cross-stitch.
Okay, allow me to explain:  aida cloth comes in various sizes. 14-count cloth requires 14 stitches to make an inch,
18-count requires 18 stitches to cover the same distance.  Your picture is 320 by 224 pixels in size, which is
71680 regular stitches.  That many stitches is gonna take at least 3 weeks of my time, not including hunting down all the various colors of floss and the aida fabric.

Some objects (such as the little viking) can also be outlined with back-stitching.
14-count cloth would be 23" by 16" in size, 18-count would be 18" by 12-1/2" in size.  Also something for your consideration, how many different colors would you like the picture to have?  Some colors can be created by blending different colors together on the needle.

You'll have to give some idea of how much the picture is worth to you.
